More about boba tea
Are you familiar with boba tea? Also known as bubble tea or pearl milk tea, this specialty drink originated in Taiwan.
Typically, it consists of tea mixed with sweet, chewy tapioca balls, or pearls. However, the base isn’t limited to tea. Sometimes fruit juice is used as well.
But in general, boba tea is made with one of three tea bases: black, green or oolong. There are also two categories of bubble tea. First, there are those made with milk. Second are those made without milk.
Types of milk used could range from condensed to powdered to almond milk, just to name a few.
The best part? The flavors are endless, so there will always be something new for you to try at Hello Boba Cafe!
